The 309MJ has been one of the most popular levers (joystick) on the market for years. Often regarded as the best "entry level" Korean Lever, as well as a veteran lever with potential for tuning and modification. MJ stands for Mid Collar (M) - Japan Mounting Plate (J) meaning it will fit most fightstick cases that have standard mounting points and a hole smaller than 35mm. The mid collar allows for a better collar / guide feel than flat collar versions, while still providing compatibility with most fightstick cases.
There are numerous variations of this model as well as variations of the 303MJ series sold as individually marketed levers. Examples include the NEW Help Me, NEW Crazy Dongpal (K Dong), Benylis, and others. Many people end up buying at least two to three of these models over time to experiment with different configurations.
The goal of this lever set is to provide these unique parts so that users can try different configurations without having to purchase multiple levers. Features have been added to improve the lever. The kit includes three 0.5mm and three 0.1mm spacers that are added between the bobbin/core and the actuator head. This adjusts the actuator height to fit tight against the E Clip, increasing stability and decreasing (or removing) spin. Additionally, the 5 Pin PCB from Crown Arcade is included to replace the need for the traditional 8 Pin Korean Lever harness. The 5 pin connects with ease, just like standard Japanese Levers.
